Gurrubal Jiina (or "Fast Foot" in the Gumbaynggirr language) is a new sprint training program run by Strong Families. It is a sprint training program aimed at Aboriginal male and female teenage athletes aged 12-17 who may be interested in gaining more speed for their desired sport. Parents are also welcome to attend and help out.
Where: Hennessey Tape Oval, Bowraville
When: Monday afternoons at 4.00pm. If there are good numbers we will look to run it on additional days in the future.
